On top of all the great student discounts at home and abroad, your International Student Identity Card (ISIC) also gives you access to invaluable student services. We'll help you keep in touch with friends and family and lend you a hand whenever you're in need.
In case of an emergency, you can telephone the ISIC Emergency Helpline free of charge. Speak to an operator and they will refer you to legal, medical or travel advisors, depending on what you need.
All information is available in English, Spanish, French and German and many more languages.
HOW TO CONTACT THE EMERGENCY HELPLINE?

Call the international operator using the local telephone number of the country you are visiting.
Ask to make a reverse charge call to the ISIC Emergency Helpline, +44 20 8762 8110. This number is printed on the back of your ISIC card.
The Emergency Helpline operator will ask you for your 12-digit ISIC number. This is printed on the front of your card.

Please bear in mind that any costs incurred as a result of an Emergency Help Line referral, for example legal or medical fees, are your responsibility to pay. ISIC helps you find these essential services for students on their travels but we cannot pay any associated costs.
